Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this site or purchase from us.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing a product from Accidentally Technical ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
What We Offer
Accidentally Technical publishes free system blueprints for multi-agent AI systems that run inside Microsoft 365, along with paid, fully assembled versions of those same systems for customers who prefer to skip building them from scratch. Our products are designed for solo operators and small teams already using Microsoft 365 Business.
License to Use What You Purchase
When you purchase an assembled system from us, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use it for your own business. This license covers use by the individual who purchased it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage our blueprints or assembled systems, in whole or in part, as your own product or service.
Payment and Delivery
Our products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment. A purchase is complete once payment is received and access to the product has been delivered to you.
Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own Microsoft 365 environment, including its configuration, security, licensing, and any costs associated with services (such as Power Automate Premium) that a given system may require. We are not responsible for how you configure or operate your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
Intellectual Property
All blueprints, documentation, agent configurations, and other materials we provide remain the intellectual property of Accidentally Technical. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
No Warranty
Our products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any system will be free of errors, will meet your specific business needs, or will function without interruption. You are responsible for testing and validating any system before relying on it for your business.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accidentally Technical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our blueprints, products, or this website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products and services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use our products or this site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
